Digital delivery normally takes place within a few minutes and, at the latest, within 48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

Once the eSIM has been issued, sent, or made available to the customer, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind, even if it has not yet been installed or used.

eSIM delivery
The eSIM is considered delivered when the QR code or installation details are correctly sent to the email address provided by the customer, become available in the customer area, or are made available to the customer through any enabled digital channel. If 48 hours have passed since successful payment confirmation and the eSIM has not been delivered or made available to the customer, the customer must contact support at info@roaming4you.com.

Cancellation before delivery
The customer may request cancellation only when the eSIM has not yet been issued, has not been sent, is not available in the customer area, and the provider allows the order to be cancelled. Cancellation is not automatic. Each request must be checked before a refund is approved.

Cancellation after delivery
Once the eSIM has been issued, sent, or made available to the customer, cancellations and refunds due to a change of mind are not allowed. This applies even if the eSIM has not yet been installed, the QR code has not been scanned, the customer has not used the data, the customer has changed destination, no longer needs the service, has purchased another product, or made a mistake when placing the order. The mere fact that the eSIM has not been installed or used does not make the product refundable.

Individual digital product
An eSIM is an individual digital product, generated specifically for an order, and may be compromised from the moment it is issued or delivered. For this reason, after issue or delivery, it cannot be resold, reassigned, or guaranteed not to have been copied or used.

Exceptions
The prohibition on cancellation after delivery does not remove the customer's right to claim when the eSIM has not been delivered within 48 hours, the delivered code is invalid, the product does not match the purchased plan, there is a confirmed technical defect attributable to the eSIM or provider, or a mandatory right exists under applicable law. In these cases, support will first try to resend the details, correct the configuration, reissue the eSIM, replace the product, or provide an equivalent solution. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund may be approved.

Device incompatibility
No refund will be granted when the device is not eSIM compatible, is carrier locked, does not allow new profiles to be installed, has reached the eSIM profile limit, or is not compatible with the required networks. The customer must verify compatibility before purchase. The fact that the eSIM has not been installed does not give a right to cancellation if it has already been issued or delivered.

Claim procedure
To request help or submit a claim, the customer must contact support at info@roaming4you.com and provide the order reference, the email used for the purchase, the destination, the purchased plan, and a description of the issue. Roaming4You will review the request and may ask for reasonable technical information to verify the incident.
